GlobalLogic Ukraine is looking for Training Director to work on the full time basis in our Kyiv office.

Successful candidates should meet the following requirements:
Certificated Business Trainer
Existence of self created training programs as: "Improvement of management skills", "Development of the leadership", "Improvement of communication skills" etc.
Existence of close connections with outside training providers
Experience in foundation and support of Corporate Training Center will be benefit
Strong skills in conducting of presentations, seminars, "circular tables" etc.
Good attainments in cutting of trainings' requirements, training planning, writing of recommendations and conducting of post training surveys.
Ability to work with trainings materials: database, distributing materials, diagrams, surveys etc.
Upper intermediate level of English
Strong PC skills
